Plus you can use solar and break technology, as well as other more experimental technology, and never have to charge it because it would then charge itself. I now understand that FUNCTIONALLY BANKRUPT General Motors is using "other money" to invest in Brazil, and not the government funds which it begged for in order to keep afloat.
