Four next-generation fuel cell-powered hybrid-electric transit buses were introduced in Hartford, Connecticut, joining an earlier generation bus that began service in 2007. The new buses will be operated by Connecticut Transit (CTTransit) and are equipped with UTC Power fuel cell systems. UTC Power is a United Technologies Corp.

Air France entered service with the GP7200-powered A380 in late 2009 and has three A380s in its fleet to date. Final engine assembly is conducted at Pratt & Whitney’s Engine Center in Middletown, Connecticut. GP7200 Engine Program participants include SNECMA (France), Techspace Aero (Belgium) and MTU Aero Engines (Germany).
