If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. I now understand that FUNCTIONALLY BANKRUPT General Motors is using "other money" to invest in Brazil, and not the government funds which it begged for in order to keep afloat.
