Today, Lotus Cars shared winter test footage that caps off a three-year development program that spanned 15 countries. Other markets should see the Hyper-GT later this year.

CCTV reports that the Haw Tai Motor Plant, China’s largest Euro-5 diesel engine plant, has gone into production in Inner Mongolia. It’s China’s first clean diesel engine for autos. Cars powered by diesel engines make up over 50-percent of market share in Europe and the figure is increasing in North America, Japan and South Korea.
