GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. " President Obamas auto task force doesnt see it that way. Honda has probably sold more Civics in a year than the combined total of all 18 of those GM models. Sorry the market killed the EV1. you see that?
