It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. For the Jap multinationals who are actually INVESTING in EV battery manufacturing capacity the numbers they announce are approx 1/10th what GM are asking for. WTF do they need ANOTHER $10.3B ODD aint it??},
