We Californians are very proud of our state’s Global Warming Solutions law, AB 32, that mandates greenhouse gas emissions to be reduced to 1990 levels by the year 2020. For the past two months I’ve been the Chairman of the South Bay Los Angeles 350 Climate Action Group. That’s about a 25% reduction.
