General Motors and its joint ventures’ retail deliveries rose 15% year-on-year to a record 327,037 vehicles in China in October, with Buick posting its best-ever monthly sales. Buick sales gained 42% in October, with monthly sales exceeding 100,000 units for the first time. The increase was led by the Excelle GT and Envision SUV.

Hydrogen Frontier, Inc., The award agreement includes a $1,615,385 match-funding requirement.
