The research for the report was done by a team of graduate students from 2009 to 2014, and includes some 20 projects. China Clean Energy Research Center’s Clean Vehicle Consortium, the MIT Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change, and the MIT-Portugal Program also provided support for the report.
