The closing of the agreement completes the terms of the Letters of Intent previously announced on 11 May 2009 (HMSI) and 30 June 2009 (HHHI). Polygenic was formed in 2007 by Ethanoil and Gas Corp. Powered by the NiMH battery, the electric motor works in tandem with the gasoline engine to boost acceleration during normal driving.
