Not only is it more powerful and contains up to 30% better efficiency than traditional gasoline, etc. Do they get state or federal tax breaks? In fact in 6 of the states, diesel fuel is penalized with additional state taxes. So diesel fuel gets taxed twice or penalized twice at the federal and state level.

Dont PHEVs just shift pollution from gasoline cars to power plants? And its easier to clean central power plants than millions of vehicles. Just the opposite.
