Costco's own magazine proudly reported in 2006, just as the film was being released, that 64 stores had a total of 90 charge stations. The company has refused to consider the CEC grant to upgrade their charge stations for free. For example, the Mountain View location, a place I've charged and shopped at a few times a year since 2004.
