During that period, Toyota and Lexus full hybrid sales reached 38,673, up 82.3% Full hybrid models now constitute around 20% of total Toyota and Lexus sales in the first quarter, doubling from the same period in 2012. The Toyota Yaris Hybrid saw European sales totaling 11,459 units (29.6%) during the first quarter of 2013.
