As part of the resolution, Volkswagen has agreed to plead guilty to three criminal felony counts, to pay penalties and fines totaling $4.3 2017, in Miami during a visit to the United States and appeared in federal court there on Monday. As part of that settlement program, Volkswagen will also pay $2.7 Terms of the US Resolution.
