a company engaged in the emission-free electrification of OEM vehicles, has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Northern Lights Energy ( NLE ) to support the introduction of all-electric SUVs into Iceland as part of a national electric vehicle (EV) project. AMP expects to deliver its first Electric SUV to NLE in early 2011.

at a press conference at their Cincinnati, OH facility, presented the first AMP electrified Mercedes Benz ML350 SUV to Gisli Gislason, Chairman and CEO of Northern Lights Energy (NLE) of Iceland. This is the initial delivery committed in AMP’s long-term supply agreement with the Icelandic company signed in April.
