Honda begins assembling Fit Hybrid in Thailand

Honda Motor has begun assembling and marketing the subcompact Fit Hybrid (Jass Hybrid) in Thailand. The hybrid is assembled at Honda’s plant in Ayutthaya, using core components from Japan. Honda said it has sold about 150,000 units of the Fit and Jazz hybrid worldwide so far. It will be priced at 768,000 baht (US$24,328).
