GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. Honda has probably sold more Civics in a year than the combined total of all 18 of those GM models. One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
