GRID Alternatives is my absolutely favorite group to work hands-on with because we do so much more than just inform and build awareness. Hundreds and hundreds of people signed these cards all day long.

I’ve been talking about doing this for a long time now – ever since my colleagues at 350.org org began taking 3 month long sabbaticals a few years ago and the whole notion of a sabbatical hit my radar screen. That’s when I also started doing radio commentaries for KLON FM-88 in Long Beach, then an NPR affiliate.
