On September 27, the Biden-Harris Administration announced it has approved Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plans for all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico ahead of schedule under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program (NEVI for short). and Puerto Rico, had submitted their plans.

In March 2023, we relaunched our Mobile EV Charger , which provides portable charging for emergency roadside assistance companies and fleets. We signed agreements to bring Level 2 charging to Arcos Dorados’s McDonalds franchises in Puerto Rico and to bring DC fast charging to Royal Farms convenience stores in the Mid-Atlantic.

The White House has said the program will fund nearly 50 EV charging and alternative-fueling infrastructure projects in 22 individual states and Puerto Rico. According to the Department of Energy, the money comes via the $2.5 billion Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Discretionary Grant Program.
