Plug-in-hybrid While the aforementioned hybrids only charge their batteries internally, plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) charge their batteries both internally and externally.

The Think Global would definitly be classified as a mini-car, several size classes smaller than a compact car like the Honda Civic or Ford Focus. Glad to see the variety & availability of electic commuter cars (vs hybrids & PHEV) is rising. Lastly, hybrids & plug-in hybrids are an unfortunate diversion.
