It is one of the most exciting and innovative green car concepts around and now the Fisker Karma Plug-in Hybrid will make its public driving debut. The Fisker Karma is an extended range electric vehicle that seats four and can travel for 50 miles on electric charge only, if its lithium-ion battery is fully charged.
