Over two dozen states have joined forces to sue the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) over proposed vehicle emissions regulations put forward by the Biden administration in March. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey called the rules "legally flawed and unrealistic, to say the least." The EPA declined to comment.
