In the case of RNC, the system reduces broadband noise levels at frequencies below 250Hz whereas EOC tackles harmonic frequencies generated by ignition events in the engine. Even if I couldnt see, Id be able to hear the sound of the tires well before that car got to me. I have stated the same before.
