US DOE Awards $300 Million in Clean Cities Grants to Support Alternative Fuels, Vehicles, and Infrastructure Development

Like the Recovery Act-funded projects, the annual Clean Cities projects include grants for vehicles, infrastructure, and education. The project will deploy refueling stations and alternative fuel vehicles in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The project will replace 28 heavy-duty diesel refuse trucks with CNG trucks.
