South Africa-based Optimal Energy has taken delivery of four of its Joule EVs ( earlier post ) for use as a marketing fleet. The marketing fleet will undertake a nation-wide road show in 2011; the Joule fleet has been designed and built to closely resemble the production version of Joule.
