Scientist have confirmed that unlike gasoline cars, plug-ins will get cleaner as they get older -- because our power grid is getting cleaner. A JD Power survey shows buyers will pay more for cars with the "environmental feature." The high demand for the Honda Civic hybrid tell us its at least $3,000. How much more?

The Think Global would definitly be classified as a mini-car, several size classes smaller than a compact car like the Honda Civic or Ford Focus. The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. Depending upon where you live, power plants are often burning natural resources.
