Countries meeting in Durban, South Africa, managed to deliver an agreement after an extension to negotiations. The next major UNFCCC Climate Change Conference, COP 18/CMP 8, will take place 26 November to 7 December 2012 in Qatar, in close cooperation with the Republic of Korea. as possible, but not later than 2015.
