Thanks in large part to Mayor "Red Ken" Livingstone, who enacted London's much criticized congestion charge policy in 2003. Yet Daimler's intention is more ambitious.

And is currently sold only to corporates. He went on to own a Rover 2000, which was the most handsome looking car of its time. So was his wife.
