An American green technology company has developed a hybrid Hummer capable of over 100mpg. Raser Technologies, the company behind the hybrid hummer, claims to have achieved the impossible by greening up one of the cars with the worse environmental record. The Hummer H3E is a plug-in electric vehicle with an onboard range extender.

When most of America will be reluctant to buy a GM car because the company might go bankrupt how the hell did those in charge think bailing them out was a good idea? I like the idea that I can take to the Hwy I can do better than 330 miles on a 10 gallon tank. This is true, irrespective of the merits of the Volt.
