GM says it is already looking ahead to the next generation of Volt-based vehicles — it unveiled the Cadillac Converj concept in January — and says costs will come down as the technology spreads to more models. It also offers eight hybrid models. doesnt matter because when the average electric car stops, it stops for a long while.
