Last week, 37 electric vehicle (EV) driver associations from 26 countries, including Plug In America, joined forces to create the Global EV Drivers’ Alliance, building a worldwide EV community. Like Plug In America, the Alliance is calling for every new light-duty passenger vehicle sold in their countries to have a plug by 2030.

This is more than six times higher than in 2018, just 5 years earlier. These trends indicate that growth remains robust as electric car markets mature.
