Shell and Tsinghua University set up mobility research center

Shell officially opened its Joint Research Center for Cleaner Mobility with Tsinghua’s Department of Automotive Engineering (DAE). Shell integrated its supply chain with its gas value chain in Pearl GTL, Qatar, in order to provide Shell PurePlus Technology-enabled engine oils around the world.

Shell selects site for proposed $12.5B GTL project in Louisiana

As a leading producer in the Gulf of Mexico with approximately 150 million barrels of oil each year, Shell also operates extensive onshore facilities in Louisiana, including its Norco and Geismar plants, a major training center in Robert, and corporate offices in New Orleans. Shell built the first commercial GTL facility in Malaysia in 1993.

Sasol embarking on feasibility study on a US gas-to-liquids facility in Louisiana

GE and Clean Energy Fuels Partner to expand LNG refueling infrastructure in US for trucks; new MicroLNG plants

As part of the collaboration, Clean Energy Fuels will initially purchase two MicroLNG plants from GE Oil & Gas.
