After an hour or so of breakfast and conversation, we unplugged our respective vehicles and went off to our appointments in the Capitol. In a Prius or Civic Hybrid at 50mpg, the trip would have cost about $30 in gas, tolls and parking in Sacto. And due to all our efforts, the grid is getting even cleaner and more renewable.
