It is alarming to see comparisons of the Chevrolet Volt PHEV with battery electric cars when the comparison focuses only on the electric range and ignores the other important differences. There are trucks and buses being converted commercially today. Already the Chevrolet Volt is moving us in that direction. Conclusions.
