The production of 5 million metric tons of green ammonia produced per year would eliminate 13 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions annually, the equivalent of taking 9 million gasoline-fueled cars off the road. These projects will be the world’s first commercial-scale, green ammonia production facilities with operation planned for 2025.

As our North Sea production reduces over the last few years, we have been increasingly reliant on imported gas that accounts for close to half our needs. Right now, production is low in Russia, so the cost has increased. Why, simple the US embraced Fracking to produce bountifully supplies of cheap gas. No Fracking.

Lightweight, about 1/6-1/5 the weight of lead-acid products in the same volume. High production requirements conditions, high cost. Transportation power supply. Power storage power.
