Washington state has an abundance of power very cheap from all the hydro. I watched the BMW i3s at Delaware University [an early V2X pilot], and my mind was blown. It’s got 120 volts up to 900 volts. In Newark, for example, you could just about get as much power as you want within six to nine months.
