The Wrangler 4xe (pronounced “four-by-e”) will become Jeep’s third plug-in hybrid for Europe, where far more stringent emission rules encourage plug-in cars of all types. Several reviewers have noted that the plug-in Wrangler produces just half the electric range of the Toyota RAV4 Prime from a similar-sized battery.
