If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. Additionally, I had a close frind out in California that just about creamed in his pants when he was able to lease one. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. And its the law here in the US.
