Additionally, I had a close frind out in California that just about creamed in his pants when he was able to lease one. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. And its the law here in the US.
