It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. Duh, heres our $40K volt, buy it please?
