" In other words, General Motors is going to lose its shirt until the Volt establishes itself in the marketplace. GM says it is already looking ahead to the next generation of Volt-based vehicles — it unveiled the Cadillac Converj concept in January — and says costs will come down as the technology spreads to more models.
