Volvo has flipped its usual script with the 2023 XC60 Recharge plug-in hybrid, but it hasn’t sacrificed any of the benefits of owning a plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV), which is the perfect bridge between a gasoline and electric power. The rear fascia and bumper are body color, and the exhaust tips are tucked underneath. Very clean.
