The Honda FCX Clarity FCEV and the Toyota Mirai FCEV, both use an electric drive motor and a battery pack. So why haven’t FCEV becoming as prolific as other electric cars?

GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. Sorry the market killed the EV1. you see that?
