A handful of bidirectional-capable EVs are available today, and automakers are quickly implementing the technology. We are here to bring the right people to provide installation, and in some cases, we are also the intermediary to help them finance those vehicles at an attractive cost. Volkswagen has been working on it.

Were told that the agreement includes nods of acceptance from the likes of Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Fiat, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Eon, Vattenfall, EDF, Npower, Endesa and Enel, and while theres no time frame for when itll be introduced, were pretty stoked to hear that at least something has been decided upon. Is this the Zune HD?

Most charge points available today take much longer to re-energize batteries than it does to fill a gas-powered cars tank. Perhaps more importantly, quickly "pouring" electricity into many of the batteries available today may stress the very expensive component and shorten their useful lifetime.
