When complete, the new paint shop will be the most energy-efficient paint line in Honda’s US automobile production network. Auto body painting can account for upward of 60% of an automobile plant’s total energy use. Other elements in the Green Path program include: Connecticut Parts Distribution Center Adds 1-Megawatt Solar Array.
