It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. The car is expected to cost around $40,000. Never again.
