The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. I blame management but it is sad that the engineers and union workers are going to get hurt too. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break.
