"The Volt is a case study. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. The Volt is a case study. And that means it doesnt necessarily pay the rent. Never again.
