One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? Why grant them the privledge to spend our money in the first place? The EV1 needs to be built with LI batteries and a REAL Assembly Line. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants". Never again.
