And oil only seems cheap. Well, America’s auto industry delivered over 100,000. And no one asked what it would cost. It helps that the auto industry will be building more efficient new vehicles. So these retrofits will cost less to drive right away, benefitting public, military, and private fleets, and individual drivers.
